  • Each player is allow to claim the gold bar at one time only.
  • After the end of event period, our Customer Service Representative will contact qualified players to get their delivery details. If the qualified players do not receive any call, please leave a message and contact our customer service via Whatsapp/Live Chat immediately.
  • The design of the gold bar will be randomly chosen based on stocks availability.
  • In some circumstances, we may substitute with another similar item if the product is out of stock.
  • The product is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other promotions.
  • The product will be shipped within 14 working days after verification of the claim.
